Born on May 16, 1990, in Tamaulipas, Mexico, Ailed de la Torre has been crafting worlds with words and art since childhood. Her journey into literature began at the tender age of eight, when she first discovered the magic of storytelling, a passion that has only grown stronger with time.
​
With an MBA in Finance, Ailed brings a unique analytical perspective to her creative work, blending structure with imagination to build rich, engaging narratives. But beyond her professional achievements, Raised in Nuevo León, Now living in Sonora, she is a proud Norteña at heart, often reflecting, “El lugar donde nací, el lugar donde crecí, y el lugar donde me enamoré”, a tribute to the land, love, and life that inspire her.

Happily married with a lovely son, Ailed continues to write and illustrate her own stories, weaving personal experiences, cultural roots, and heartfelt emotion into every page. For her, storytelling isn’t just a craft, it’s a lifelong love affair that began with a pencil and a dream.
